Emily Frasier - Account Manager

Landscape Industry Since: 2012
Signature Landscape Since: 2020
Emily Frasier was born and raised in Limon, Colorado, on a Riverbend Ranch. Emily and her family raise commercial and registered pure-bred Red Angus Cattle, just west of Limon. There, Emily gained both her love for the outdoors and her work ethic, as she cared for the farm animals and pets. She participated in many state and county fair competitions through 4-H clubs and FFA organizations, as well as animal showmanship competitions as a part of the Junior Red Agnus Association. Besides working with cattle, Emily was also a multi-sport athlete and musician. Participating in these organizations and activities taught her time management, record keeping, and budgeting skills, as well as public speaking.
Emily attended Kansas State University and studied Horticulture with an emphasis in Landscape Design. Her interest in the outdoors and her shared love of plants with her mother drove her in the direction of Horticulture. While in college, she was involved in various Horticultural organizations including PLANET.
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in May of 2012, Emily started her career at KAT Wholesale Nurseries in Olathe, KS. She worked there for four and a half years, working as an Account Manager and as the Inventory Manager. While there, she learned more about plant varieties and plant health, as well as networking with various landscape companies throughout the city. She then began working at Blue Hills Country Club to help update the landscaping by designing and installing new plants and mulch throughout the clubhouse and course. This experience helped her learn more about the turf industry and the care of different varieties of turf grass.
Once she completed the updates at Blue Hills Country Club, she transitioned to Aspen Lawn and Pest Control. While at Aspen, she had the opportunity to work as an Account Manager, Landscape Designer, assisted in Landscape Detailing, and Customer Service in the office. While at Aspen, she improved her communication skills with customers and expanded her knowledge of different departments throughout the horticulture industry. During this time, Emily strengthened her passion for the horticulture industry and honed her skills of working with clients to meet their landscaping wants and needs. She worked there for two and a half years before transitioning to Signature Landscape in 2020 to serve as an Account Manager.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys traveling, hiking or biking along trails, playing a round of golf, as well as crafting, sewing, cooking/baking, working on home improvement projects and visiting family in Colorado. She’s also involved with Christ Community Church, where she enjoys volunteering to work with the Young Adult, Women’s and Junior High ministries.
