Adam Eisenbart brings a passion for people, a strong work ethic, and a love for the outdoors to his role as Account Manager at Signature Landscape. Born and raised in the small town of Iola, Kansas, Adam spent his early years outside, playing baseball, fishing in farm ponds, and learning to work with his hands. One of his first introductions to landscaping came from planting gardens alongside his parents and grandparents, where he learned the value of patience and diligent work. Drawing from his love of outdoors and pride in leading people, he coached an American Legion baseball team.

Adam studied Business Management at Kansas State University before completing his bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness at Fort Hays State. Prior to joining the landscape industry, he gained experience in agriculture and lumber, most recently working for a seed company where he oversaw soybean conditioning and quality control for distribution across the Midwest, ensuring that customers received only the highest quality seed. No matter the role, his passion has always been building strong relationships with everyone he works with and taking utmost pride in everything he does.

His personal philosophy is that you can only control your attitude and your output. This mindset guides his approach as an Account Manager. Whether it is solving a landscape challenge, supporting a client’s vision, or responding when something does not go as planned, Adam leads with accountability and care. As he puts it, “Even if all the conditions are right, sometimes flowers just die. How you handle that is part of being successful in this industry.”

Now living in Paola, Kansas, Adam enjoys life outside of work with his wife Ashley and their two children, Harvey and Elizabeth. As a family, they love spending time outdoors, whether it is a day at the lake, working in the garden, or cheering on the Royals.
