Eduardo began working in the green industry in 2000 at a small landscaping company in Denver, Colorado as a crew leader. Ever since, he has loved to work on new landscape construction and design projects, such as lighting, irrigation, and patios. He also enjoys landscape maintenance. Eduardo loves the fact that he was able to come aboard with little to no experience and learn the industry. He enjoys being able to work outdoors and not be in an office all day.

Eduardo worked at two different companies as an H2-B employee before Signature Landscape gave him an opportunity in 2008 to become one of their employees. He started working at Signature as an Irrigation Technician and immediately felt welcomed. Little by little he improved his skills and studied to take a test, becoming a Landscape Industry Certified Technician. Later he was promoted to Production Manager where he enjoys being able to listen to employees’ concerns, help resolve issues, and be effective in his leadership role. Eduardo strives to always work hard and exceed the expectations of his customers.

During his time at Signature, Eduardo has noticed the close bond the owner Bill Gordon has with all the employees. Bill encouraged him to take the next step to become a Production Manager, and he also supported Eduardo in getting his Permanent Resident Card. Eduardo is grateful for the opportunity to work at Signature!

In his free time Eduardo enjoys playing different types of sports with his wife, daughter and his two sons.
