Eudoy’s first year at Signature started in the field, where he pruned shrubs and performed other horticultural services. Next, Eudoy earned his pesticide applicator license and treated turf on Signature’s properties in the Turf Applications Department for three years. Through applying materials in this department Eudoy began to see his hard work paying off when the lawns he was responsible for were lush, green, and free from weeds.

In 2014, Eudoy was promoted to the Irrigation Department. Eudoy felt more accountable to the overall health & appearance of the properties he serviced as an Irrigation Technician and could sense this heightened responsibility was good for his overall professional development. He also began to realize he had a knack for efficiently creating his daily service routes which allowed him to be very productive.

In 2018, Eudoy was promoted to the position of Production Manager. This promotion was a natural choice, as Eudoy is respected by all who work with him. He enjoys being a team player, helping his fellow Production Managers, and being able to help crews in whatever ways he can. Eudoy looks forward to Signature’s progress and continuing to help produce quality work.

On his days off, Eudoy enjoys going on family strolls at the park and relaxing by watching comedy shows and sports games.
