Logan Woodmansee - Account Manager
Landscape Industry Since: 2007
Signature Landscape Since: 2022
Logan grew up on a dairy farm in Southwest Missouri, in a town of 600 people about 20 miles north of Springfield. From an early age he loved being outdoors riding his bike, climbing trees, and camping in the woods on the farm. When he got to high school he became very involved in sports and the National FFA Organization.
In high school, he got his first job working for a small landscaping and mowing company. After high school, he went to college at Missouri State University and majored in agronomy, the study of crops and soils. All throughout school he worked full time with the landscape company he had started at in high school.
After graduating from college he moved to St. Louis where he worked for a large agriculture biotechnology and seed company, performing research trials on diseases of row crops. He was a part of some very large-scale projects that could have huge implications on many lives long-term. Logan wanted to be a part of something where at the end of the day, he could more directly see what he did to help people. This is why he joined Signature Landscape as an Account Manager in 2022.
Logan enjoys many things about being an Account Manager. He is able to help people in a very hands-on, instant way. That could be someone within Signature or a client who needs help to make their property look the best it can. He says, “Every day is different and there are always new problems to work through. I have always enjoyed solving problems.” Logan values continually learning, he is always working to improve his knowledge about the industry.
Logan resides in Lenexa with his wife, Emilie, his two kids, Eleanor and Dawson, and his border collie Riley. He enjoys remodeling his house, gardening, and backpacking when he has time in between taking the kids to all their activities.
