With over 15 years of experience in the lawn care industry, Sam Talmadge brings a deep passion for outdoor work and a hands-on, results-driven approach to every property he manages. Raised in St. Joseph, Missouri, Sam’s love for landscaping started early, mowing the lawn at his local church with his dad and learning the satisfaction of a job well done. That early experience sparked a lifelong commitment to quality, hard work, and helping outdoor spaces thrive.

Sam began his professional journey by launching his own lawn care business in high school. Over the years, he worked his way up through crew leadership and management roles in the St. Joseph area. Now, as an Account Manager with Signature Landscape, Sam focuses on building strong client relationships and turning vision into reality. He ensures each property he oversees receives the care and attention it deserves.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys deer hunting and spending time outdoors. He also values time with his wife and two daughters, especially during summer vacations. Whether at work or at home, Sam brings focus, integrity, and a strong work ethic to everything he does.
