Our Account Manager is by far the greatest asset that Signature Landscape provides to our property. Most landscaping companies are pretty similar when you get down to the nitty gritty and he is what sets Signature Landscape apart. I know that if I have a question or concern, I can call him and he will address it immediately. Unlike many reps, he follows through with whatever he says he will do. I am also very comfortable asking him for honest recommendations with regards to the property’s landscaping needs vs. wants. Like with any landscaping company, I do run into concerns occasionally, but the difference between all the other companies is that I don’t worry about it too much because I know that he will take care of it asap and I can check it off my ‘to do’ list and move on to the other 3 million things I need to take care of.
